Delta Risk Management is a new name, but we’re not new to this industry. 

After 25 years of experience in Ag Lending and Crop Insurance, Jack Dalton had a clear vision for providing lock-tight coverage with an exceptional level of service. He knew he needed partners who had the dedication and expertise to really learn each grower’s operation, and a commitment to a personalized and relatable customer experience.

Having worked together in the Ag industry, he knew he finally had the right team to realize that vision. Every member of our team has a background in farming or agriculture, in addition to their unique skills and experience as agents. As such, we collectively have the knowledge, experience and expertise to create customized insurance plans that are not only right for today, but in your best interest over the long-term.

Jack Dalton – Owner, Crop Insurance Agent

With over 25 years of experience in ag lending and crop insurance, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge to his work. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 1995 with a degree in Agricultural Business and completed Banking School at Louisiana State University in 2006. Jack is married to Pam, and they are proud parents to Abi and Ashley, as well as grandparents to Camden and Callen.

Morgan Mayer – Owner, Crop Insurance Agent

With 12+ years of experience in ag lending and 7 years in crop insurance, Morgan is well-equipped to meet the needs of her clients. She graduated from Arkansas State University in 2011 with a degree in Agricultural Business. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys life with her husband, Daniel, and their dog Toulouse, Head of Security at DRM.

Sarah Hearnes – Crop Insurance Agent

With 7 years of experience as an agent and 8 years in underwriting policies, Sarah combines expertise and commitment to deliver exceptional service. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a degree in Agricultural Business. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Landon, their daughter, Hallie, and their two dogs, Buzz and Rip.

Jason Hayes – Crop Insurance Agent

With over 20 years of experience in lending and crop insurance, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to serving clients. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. He has two children: Hunter, a student at Mississippi State University, and Drew, who is in 1st grade.

David Hundley – Crop Insurance Agent

David graduated from Arkansas State University in 1985 with a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics and earned his Master’s in Agriculture in 1987. He holds both Certified Grain Merchant and Certified Crop Adviser Certifications. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and their grandchildren, Marigold and Juniper.

Mary Small – Crop Insurance Agent

With over 13 years of professional experience at the Farm Service Agency, Mary brings a deep understanding of agriculture and dedication to her work. When she’s not assisting clients, Mary stays busy as a proud mom to her four children.

Hadleigh Bell – Crop Insurance Assistant

Hadleigh is a full-time student at ASU, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Agriculture Business. Outside of school and work, Hadleigh enjoys spending time with her dog, Rosie.

Toulouse – Head of Security

As head of security at Delta Risk Management, Toulouse takes his job very seriously. When he's not on duty, he enjoys his strong bond with the mailman, who Toulouse proudly considers his best friend.
